June 2020: What a crazy time, eh? After 12 long weeks of worry and anxiety, we are so happy to have re-opened our doors this week!
Implementing Social Distancing measures in the shop has been a challenge, but we are on Day 3 and they seem to be working! There is tape on the floor to help us all remain at a safe distance, the shoe-fitting area has been condensed and rearranged to provide a safe nook for shoe customers and gait Analyses, the payment area and counter has been rearranged and there is a sanitising station at the door. The one headache we are struggling with is the 72 hour quarantining of shoes that have been touched and tried on but not purchased :-( As the end of Day 3 approaches we now have 32 pairs of shoes out of action, and can only hope that we won't need any of them before next week!…
